The numbers at a glance
- Total: most patients $3,000 to $7,200, the same as braces.
- Down payment: $300.
- Monthly payments: as low as $169 a month.
- Interest: 0% on our in-house plan, with no credit check.
- Exact cost: in writing at your free consultation.
What changes the price
The fee is based on how long treatment takes, not on the type of appliance. That depends on:
- How complex your case is. Crowding, bite and spacing all play a part.
- How long treatment takes. A shorter treatment costs less.
- The number of aligners your plan needs.
What is included
Your plan includes your digital scan and treatment plan, your aligners and your check-ups every 6 to 8 weeks. Dr. Miller gives you the full list in writing. Optional extras, like professional whitening, are quoted separately.
Mild cases and extra aligners
Every case is quoted individually. If your teeth need only a small correction, your treatment is shorter and your fee reflects that. If you lose or break aligners, call us. Occasional replacements are part of treatment, but repeated lost or broken aligners delay treatment, and extra treatment time is charged after a set period.
Ways to pay
- In-house plan: $300 down, 0% interest, no credit check.
- HFD financing: extended-term payments if you want smaller monthly payments over a longer period.
- Insurance: many orthodontic plans cover $1,000 to $2,000 of Invisalign treatment. Typical lifetime orthodontic benefits run about $1,000 to $3,000. We verify your benefits before your first visit at no charge.
- HSA and FSA accepted.
- Discounts: pay-in-full, family, military, student, teacher and first responder. Ask at your consultation and we apply what you qualify for.

Invisalign vs braces: cost
Invisalign and braces cost the same at our offices. The difference is how you live with them. Invisalign is removable, with check-ups every 6 to 8 weeks. Braces are fixed, with visits every 6 to 10 weeks. See Invisalign vs braces.
How to compare quotes from different orthodontists
Ask each office:
- What is the total price, and what does it include?
- Is there a down payment, and what are the monthly payment terms?
- Is there interest or a credit check?
- Are retainers included?
- What happens if I lose an aligner?
- Who treats me at each visit?
